1.. විදේශීය ශරීරය බෝලය වාතයේ උගුරේ බෙල්ලට දමන්න. පුද්ගලයා පිටුපස සිටගෙන හෝ දණ ගසා පුද්ගලයාගේ ඉණ වටා ඔබේ දෑත් තබන්න, එක් අතකින් හස්තයක් සාදන්න.

2. හස්තයේ මාපටැඟිල්ල රෝගියාගේ උදරයට එල්ල වී ඇති අතර, සිද්ධස්ථානයට හා ස්ටර්නම් යටින් මිදැතිවර රේඛාවේ පිහිටා ඇත.

3. හස්ත අත අනෙක් අතින් අල්ලාගෙන රෝගියාගේ උදරයට ඉක්මනින්ම බලපෑම් කරන්න. විදේශීය සිරුර ගුවන් මාර්ගයෙන් නෙරපා හරින තුරු වේගවත් කම්පන පුනරාවර්තනය වේ.
